Cancellation of Product or Service
You can cancel any of our services or products whenever you need to. When you do, we’ll make sure everything’s sorted—whether it’s handing over your login info or updating your account. Your information is always safe with us.
Just a heads-up: if you can, please tell us at least 30 days before your next payment. That way, we won’t accidentally charge you again. If you cancel after we’ve already sent you a bill, you’ll still need to pay that one since we didn’t get a chance to stop it in time.
Sometimes, we might have to cancel on our end, too—maybe because of tech issues or if something doesn’t follow our terms. If that happens, we’ll definitely let you know.
Refund Policy
Because we’re working on things like marketing campaigns or building websites, once we start, we can’t really give refunds. If you decide to stop a project, we’ll stop working, but we can’t refund what’s already been done.
Also, if you have auto-pay set up and forget to tell us you’re cancelling, the payments will still go through and can’t be refunded.
If we cancel a service, we offer a refund; refunds for finished work aren’t possible. The typical refund period varies from 10 to 15 working days.
